Hey there! Thanks for shopping with Nest Yard Goods. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order to you — and what to do if something doesn't go as planned.

Processing Time

Once you place your order, we typically process it within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email right away, and a shipping notification once your order is on its way.

Shipping Time

Our products ship from our supplier and arrive within 7–21 business days. We know that's a range — most orders land closer to the 7–14 day mark, but please allow the full 21 days before reaching out, especially during busy seasons.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package every step of the way. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't worry — sometimes there's a delay in scans. Feel free to reach out if you're concerned!

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original condition.

To start a return:

  1. Email us at nestyardgoods@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you return instructions
  3. Ship the item back (return shipping is the customer's responsibility)
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we're so sorry — that's not the experience we want for you! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, no return shipping needed.
